I had an absolute fantastic experience with Daniella Chicas. I was really impressed by her knowledge with the sofas, she really took the time and walk me through the different options. I love my sofa and it is perfect for my home. I love my Holt Sectional with Storage in Harper Biscay Bay.

Ross and Sonia deserve 10 stars and a raise! Fantastic customer service. Sonia is a problem-solving genius. She made a 3-d model of our potential living room furniture and thought of options we never would have ever imagined in our wildest dreams. Well, maybe not our wildest 😉. Ross came to the rescue with other concerns and went above and beyond the next day after our purchase to chase away our worries, leaving us with just anticipation for our living room furniture to arrive. Honorable mention to the other sales associate who helped us fish out the starburst at the bottom that we wanted. Did not catch your name but remember you awesome green nails. Give her a raise too!

Holy smokes this was a wonderful experience top to bottom. Wife and I tried the augmented reality and was ready to buy, but decided to go in person and are we glad we did. Sonia and the team helped us find the perfect couch, which si the one we didn't originally choose. Took swatches home, pulled the trigger, and it just came in. White glove delivery and setup was a breeze. We love it!!
